Construction of this gravel pump is of single casing connected by means of clamp bands and wide wet passage. The wet parts are made of Nihard and highchrome wear resistant alloys. The discharge direction of gravel pump can be oriented in any direction of 360°. This type of pump owns the advantages of easy installation, good performance of NPSH and wear-resistance.
Gravel pump function introduction:
1. Horizontal cantilevered single-casing centrifugal gravel pump.
2. Pump discharge direction in any of 360. Easy installation.
3. Cylinder bearing assembly, oil lubrication, adjusting the distance between impeller and pump,
4. Mechanical seal, expeller seal and packing seal
5. Wide passage, good performance of NPSH, anti-wearing and anti-corrosion, high efficiency
